VMAX MX Series

CGS Tool’s VMAX MX is a series of high-performance end mills by CGS Tool. These end mills are designed for milling hardened steels, alloys and exotic metals and are suitable for applications such as mold making, die making, medical machining, aerospace machining and general purpose machining. They are designed with a variable helix and pitch helping to reduce chatter and harmonics which can improve surface finishes, feed rates, and tool life. Designed with eccentric relief, this helps to reduce cutting forces and improve chip evacuation.
