Full size roughing needs a tool that can take the pressure, and the 1033 basically does that at a full 1" diameter. This 4 flute square end mill comes from the Beast 1000 Series, designed to clear away material quickly, lower spindle strain, and stay pretty steady even when cutting loads get heavier.
The Beast chip breaker design helps ease spindle load, while still letting you run quicker feeds across a bunch of materials. It breaks chips into manageable little segments instead of dragging out long ribbons, which is the whole idea. Then you’ve got variable helix geometry and an uncoated solid carbide body, so the 1033 can work on steels , stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys , Inconel, and some non ferrous options too.
