Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2068 has a 1” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill made for maximum removal of material and that kind of surface precision you notice right away in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. It comes from the ferocious series, and it’s made for machinists who want serious performance, even at extreme feed rates aggressive but in a good way.
Built from premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2068 has a 55° high helix for improved chip evacuation, lower cutting forces , and really solid surface finish. The polished cutting edges, plus a free-cutting geometry, help lower built-up edge, while still keeping excellent tool life in high-speed CNC work.
