The CGS Tool 3001-ALTiN is a 1/8" diameter 3-flute solid carbide square end mill from the Storm 3000 Series, engineered for production milling that pushes chip load and cutting pressure harder than a standard tool can take. This isn't built for light-duty work — it's a tool for demanding materials where the cutter needs to stay rugged under real pressure.
A 60° high helix and heavy core work together with an eccentric relief design to keep the tool strong under difficult conditions, and the ALTiN coating adds another layer of heat and wear resistance for the more demanding jobs. It's rated for steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys, Inconel, and select non-ferrous materials.
