Product Overview
The CGS Tool 3002 is a 5/32" diameter 3-flute solid carbide square end mill built specifically for tough production milling in a smaller diameter, where the material fights back and a lightweight tool would fail fast. It belongs to the Storm 3000 Series, CGS Tool's rugged production line.
What sets this tool apart is the same Storm geometry running through the whole series — 60° high helix, heavy core, eccentric relief — scaled down without losing the toughness that makes it useful in demanding materials. Left uncoated, the 3002 holds up through steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, superalloys, Inconel, and select non-ferrous materials.
