Product Overview
Tough production milling on a 1" diameter is handled by the CGS Tool 3033, which is a 3 flute square end mill from the Storm 3000 Series. It’s made for chip evacuation, and tool strength too, plus stable cutting when things get demanding, sort of you know.
A 60° high helix moves chips fast, a heavy core absorbs high chip loads, and eccentric relief geometry keeps the cutter rugged. With a 1-1/2" length of cut and 4" overall length, the 3033 supports aggressive square-end milling in steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys, Inconel, and select non-ferrous materials.
