Tough production milling, on a smaller diameter still needs the full Storm treatment, and the 3103 delivers it at 3/16". This 3 flute square end mill comes out of the Storm 3100 Series built to handle higher chip loads, aggressive cutting pressure and demanding materials, kind of all at once.
The Storm design uses a 60° high helix, a heavy core and an eccentric relief, to help the tool stay rugged during rough machining situations. With a 1" length of cut, and a 2-1/2" overall length, the 3103 is a solid pick for challenging CNC work.
