Product Overview
The CGS Tool 3127 is a 3/4" diameter 3-flute solid carbide square end mill from the Storm 3100 Series, sized for tough applications where the cutter needs to stay rugged under heavier chip loads. It's built for demanding production work rather than light-duty milling.
It’s 60° high helix , with a heavy core and also an eccentric relief geometry, all set up on purpose to handle pretty aggressive machining. It gets strong reach too, with a 3-1/2" length of cut , It can get farther without losing control. Rated for steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys, Inconel, and select non-ferrous materials, it holds up where lighter tools wouldn't.
