Product Overview
The CGS Tool 7004 is a 1/4" diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 7000 Profile Series, sized for profile, deep pocket, and contour milling where the part needs a rounded toolpath. Its 4" overall length gives it added reach for a smaller ball end cutter.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .125" radius matched to its diameter for smooth rounded cuts. Uncoated and rated across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it's useful for deep pocket and finishing work.
