Product Overview
The CGS Tool 722-2500 is basically a 1/4" diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill, made for profile and contour tasks, with added reach, so when you use a .125" radius it gives you this clean rounded cutting form for those small and compact curved features, plus pocket blending, smoothly. With a 1-1/8" length of cut and a 3" overall length, this 722 Series cutter provides useful access for small ball end machining, and the 30° helix (together with an uncoated carbide body) delivers dependable general purpose performance across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non ferrous metals, plastics, and composites.
