Product Overview
The CGS Tool BN2033 comes in a 1/2” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill, meant for high-speed machining on aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, plus plastics, composites too. And as part of the BN2000 Series Ferocious it comes off as really good at fast material removal, giving smooth surface finishes, and staying dependable when you’re running demanding CNC milling jobs.
Made from premium solid carbide, the BN2033 has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, for efficient chip evacuation and cutting forces that are usually lower. The precision-ground ball end shape is good for contouring, profiling, and 3D surface machining, while the uncoated cutting edges help reduce material buildup, so you keep clean cutting performance, especially in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
