Product Overview
The CGS Tool BN2039 comes in a 1/2” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill, made for high speed machining in aluminum , non ferrous metals, plastics, and composites. It’s part of the BN2000 Series “Ferocious” so you get really solid material removal rates , smoother surface finishes, and that dependable kinda feel when you’re running demanding CNC milling jobs.
Built from premium solid carbide, the BN2039 comes with CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry , which helps with chip evacuation and also keeps cutting forces down. The precision ground ball end shape is great for contouring, profiling, and 3D surface machining, and the uncoated cutting edges help reduce material buildup , so the cut stays clean especially in aluminum and other non ferrous work.
