Product Overview
The CGS Tool BN2067 comes in a 1” diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill, built for high-speed machining ,especially aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals, plus plastics and composites. It sits in the BN2000 Series Ferocious, and it gives you really strong material removal rates, a smoother surface finish, and pretty dependable results when you’re running demanding CNC milling work, day after day.
Made from high quality solid carbide, the BN2067 uses CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, which helps with chip evacuation and also tends to lower cutting forces. The ball end part is precision-ground so it’s good for contouring, profiling and even 3D surface machining. Meanwhile the uncoated cutting edges are there to help reduce material buildup, so you keep cleaner cutting performance in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials, without the whole messy mess feeling.
