The CGS Tool CR2006.015 comes in a 1/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner-radius end mill made for high-speed machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and also composites. And as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it gives you better edge sturdiness, smoother surface finishes, and steady operation for precision CNC milling where things have to stay consistent.
It’s manufactured from premium solid carbide, and the CR2006.015 uses CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, so chips can evacuate efficiently and cutting forces stay lower. The corner-radius style helps reinforce the cutting edge, reduces any chipping, and boosts finish quality. Plus it still holds stable performance in high-speed machining situations. Since the cutting edges are uncoated, they’re tuned for clean cutting in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials, pretty much as-is.
