The CGS Tool CR2057.060, is a 3/4” diameter 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for high-speed machining of aluminum, non ferrous metals , plastics , and composite materials. It’s part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious , and it gives really strong cutting performance, plus better edge staying power and a finer surface finish for tough CNC milling jobs.
Built from top grade solid carbide, the CR2057.060 has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix design, that kind of helps move chips away faster, lowers cutting forces , and also supports aggressive feed rates. The .060" corner radius helps reinforce the cutting edge , so you get less chipping and longer life, while still holding the dimensional precision.
