Product Overview

The CGS Tool MX140 -7500 is basically a ¾ diameter, 4 flute solid -carbide square end mill made for high -performance cutting, especially when you are working with hardened steels, cast iron, stainless steels, Inconel, Hastelloy and other exotic alloys. It is a part of the VMAX MX Series and the idea is that it brings better cutting stability, a smoother surface finish and longer service life life when you run CNC milling in difficult situations.
On the MX140 -7500 you get modern variable helix geometry plus offset index tech, so it tends to lessen chatter and harmonics while you machine, which in turn help enhance feed rates and overall machining performance. It also the premium nACRo coating gives strong heat resistance and wear shielding, so the cutting edges stays sharp longer even in aggressive cutting conditions.
