The CGS Tool MX160-7500 is this 3/4” diameter , 6-flute solid-carbide square end mill made for high-performance cutting stuff, especially when you’re working with hardened steels, stainless steels, titanium, Inconel, and other kind of rare alloys. As part of the VMAX MX160 Series, it’s meant to give you really strong machining stability, fast metal removal rates, and a nicer surface finish too, even when the CNC milling setup is pretty demanding.
The MX160-7500 also uses advanced variable helix and variable pitch geometry , which helps reduce chatter and those harmonic vibrations when you run aggressive cutting. Then you get the premium nACRo high-performance coating, it offers excellent heat resistance and wear protection, so you can see better tool life and more dependable results at higher cutting speeds and higher feed rates too.
