Product Overview

The CGS Tool MX243-3125.060 is basically a 5/16” diameter, 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for higher performance machining work where you run into hardened steels, stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other kind of exotic alloy stuff. It’s in the VMAX MX243 Series, so you get steady machining behavior, better surface finishes and a very durable feel even when you’re doing demanding CNC milling.

Now the MX243-3125.060 comes with a more advanced variable helix plus variable pitch geometry, which helps to calm chatter and reduce cutting harmonics. so the result is smoother cutting and more efficient removal of material. On top of that the premium nACRo high-performance coating gives strong heat resistance ,and wear protection, while the .060” corner radius helps keep the cutting edge sturdier and more reliable for those heavy-duty milling tasks where you need it to last.
