The CGS Tool 2004 has a 3/16” diameter, 2 flute solid carbide square end mill, made for maximum material removal and surface precision in the materials like aluminum, non ferrous metals and plastics. The tool comes under Ferocious Series, making it the best choice for machinists who want top level performance, even when running at extreme feed rates.
Built with premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2004 has a 55° high helix that helps with chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and supports a clean surface finish. This tool also has polished cutting edges plus a free cutting geometry, works to reduce built up edges, but still keeps a strong tool life, even for high speed CNCworks.
