Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2004 has diameter of 3/16”, 2 flute solid carbide square end mill, made for maximum material removal and surface precision needed when working with materials like aluminum, non ferrous metals and plastics. It comes from the Ferocious Series hence useful for machinists who want top level performance, even when running at extreme feed rates.
Built with premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2004 has a 55° high helix that helps with chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and supports a clean surface finish. The polished cutting edges plus a free cutting geometry, works to reduce built up edges, but still keeps a strong tool life, even for high speed CNC programs.
