Product Overview
The CGS Tool CR2001.030-S is a 1/8" diameter 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill. It's built for high-speed aluminum, non-ferrous, and plastic machining where edge strength matters as much as feed rate. It's part of the Ferocious 2000 series, designed for shops running it hard at extreme chip loads.
This tool carries the original 55° high helix geometry that defines the Ferocious line, giving it strong chip evacuation and a smoother cut at higher RPMs. The .030" corner radius adds extra edge support over a square-end profile, helping it hold up better on roughing passes and contact-heavy cuts. Add a ZrN coating on top, and tool life stretches further while the cut stays cleaner run after run.
