Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2021-S has a 3/8” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made for max material removal and better surface precision when working in aluminum, other non-ferrous stuff, and plastics. It comes from the ferocious series, so it’s aimed at machinists who want top tier results with fast feed rates, even when things get pretty intense.
Made with premium sub-micro grain carbide the 2021-S has a 55° high helix to help clear chips out faster, lower cutting forces, and still deliver a clean surface finish. The polished cutting edges along with a free-cutting profile helps limit built-up edges, but keeps the tool life very strong, including during high speed CNC operations.
