The CGS Tool 2021 has a 3/8” diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is built for maximum material removal and clean surface precision in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. It’s part of the ferocious series, and it’s meant for machinists who want top level results at extreme feed rates, like you’re pushing it hard.
Made from premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2021 has a 55° high helix for stronger chip evacuation, less cutting force, and really solid surface finishing. The polished cutting edges plus a free-cutting geometry help minimize built-up edges, while still keeping an exceptional tool life even when you’re running high-speed CNC applications.
