The CGS Tool 2024 has a 3/8” diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill, made for maximum material removal and clean surface precision in aluminum, non ferrous metals, and plastics. It’s from the ferocious series, so it’s built for machinists who want high performance even when you run extreme feed rates.
Made from premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2024 includes a 55° high helix that helps with superior chip evacuation , less cutting force , and really impressive surface finishes. With polished cutting edges and a free-cutting geometry, it helps minimize built-up edges, while also keeping strong tool life, even during high-speed CNC work .
