Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2063 has a 3/4” diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made for maximum metal removal and high surface precision on aluminum , non-ferrous materials , and plastics . It comes from the ferocious series, so it's mainly for machinists who need serious performance even when running at extreme feed rates.
Manufactured using premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2063 has a 55° high helix , which helps with chip evacuation , brings down cutting forces, and keeps the surface finishing really clean . The polished cutting edges and free-cutting geometry help reduce built-up edges, and they do it while still keeping strong tool life , even during fast , high-speed CNC work.
