The CGS Tool 2063-S has a 3/4” diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made to push maximum material removal and keep surface precision steady when you’re working in aluminum, other non-ferrous metals, and plastics. It comes from the ferocious series , so yeah it's basically for machinists who want top tier performance, even when they’re running at extreme feed rates.
Built out of premium sub-micro grain carbide the 2063-S has a 55° high helix, which helps with smoother chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and gives those really clean surface finishes. The polished cutting edges plus a free-cutting geometry cuts down on built-up edges, but still keeps the tool life strong, even during high-speed CNC work, you know the kind where everything’s happening fast.
