The CGS Tool 5366-S is a 7/8" diameter 3-flute solid carbide square end mill from the Ferocious 3x 5300 Series, built for aluminum and non-ferrous jobs where aggressive stock removal needs to pair with a strong finish. The ZrN coating supports cleaner cutting specifically in aluminum applications.
With a variable helix, variable pitch, and tuned wiper end geometry,, you can reduce chatter, harcut whilemonics, of smooth the cut while still being able to run a high feed in non-ferrous milling, especially for aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals plus plastics and composites.
