Product Overview
Compact general-purpose work is a handled by the CGS Tool 220-1875, sort of a 3/16" diameter 2-flute square end mill from the 220 Series. It’s built for smaller slots, profiles, plunge cuts and side wall work too, without much fuss.
A 3/8" length of cut and 2" overall length keep this tool proportioned for smaller CNC features, and a 30° helix keeps chip movement smooth throughout. Uncoated carbide construction handles everyday milling across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites.
