The CGS Tool 242-0312 is a 1/32" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill built for very fine profile and contour work — miniature pockets, detailed surface blending, and delicate finishing passes at the smallest end of the size range.
The .0156" radius gives a tiny, rounded cutting form, and with a 30° helix in a single-end build, it delivers controlled cutting in small features. Uncoated, and practical across mild steel, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous stock, plastics, and composites.
