Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2524 has a 3/8” diameter 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made for high-speed machining of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics and composite materials. It’s part of the famous 2500 Series Ferocious, and the whole idea is to keep delivering exceptional material removal rates, aggressive feed speeds and overall strong machining results for tough CNC work.
Made from premium solid carbide, the 2524 uses CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, which helps with chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and gives a smoother kind of cutting action.
