Tough production work at 3/8" diameter still needs the same rugged approach, and the 3012-ALTiN delivers it. This 3-flute square end mill comes from the Storm 3000 Series, built to stay strong through higher chip loads, aggressive cutting, and demanding materials.
The Storm design uses a 60° high helix, heavy core, and eccentric relief to keep the tool rugged under pressure. Finished with ALTiN coating, the 3012-ALTiN is a strong option for steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys, Inconel, and select non-ferrous materials.
