Product Overview
Tough production milling when you’re working with a tight 1/4" diameter is of where the CGS Tool 3106 shows up. It’s a 3 flute square end mill from the Storm 3100 Series, made for solid chip evacuation and also that rigidity thing when cutting gets demanding, like it really does.
The 60° high helix helps move the chips quickly, the heavier core helps you push more chip loads and the eccentric relief geometry keeps the cutter sturdy. You get a 1" length of cut too, so the 3106 can perform well in compact square-end milling across steels ,stainless, cast iron, titanium, alloys , Inconel, and certain non-ferrous materials.
