Product Overview
The CGS Tool 5360 is a 3/4" diameter 3-flute solid carbide square end mill from the Ferocious 3x 5300 Series, scaled up for the bigger aluminum and non-ferrous jobs where reach and chip evacuation matter as much as raw speed. With a 2-1/2" length of cut, it's built to get into deeper material without giving up finish quality.
Same design logic as the rest of the 5300 line: unique flute geometry, a wiper end for finish, and variable helix and pitch to keep harmonics from building up when you're pushing feeds. Left uncoated, since aluminum and non-ferrous stock don't need it. Handles aluminum, copper, brass, plastics, composites, and other non-ferrous materials well.
