Product Overview
The CGS Tool 8003 is a 3/16" diameter 4-flute solid carbide ball end mill from the 8000 Profile Series, sized for profile work, deep pocket milling, and small surface finishing that call for a rounded toolpath. Its 3" overall length gives it useful reach for a smaller ball end cutter.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and a .0938" radius matched to its diameter for dependable general-purpose performance. Uncoated and rated across mild steels, stainless, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites, it handles deep pocket and blending work well.
