Product Overview
The CGS Tool BN2057 comes in a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide ball end mill, made for high speed machining of aluminum, non ferrous metals, plastics and composites. It belongs to the BN2000 Series Ferocious, and it tends to give a really exceptional material removal rate , smoother surface finishing, and dependable operation in tough CNC milling settings, even when things get busy.
Built from solid carbide, the BN2057 uses CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, so chips evacuate more efficiently and cutting forces stay kind of lower. The precision ground ball end shape is great for contouring, profiling and 3D surface machining. Also the uncoated cutting edges help limit material buildup, so the cutting stays clean in aluminum and other non ferrous materials, which is the whole point , really.
