Product Overview
The CGS Tool CR2033.015 is a 1/2” diameter , 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high-speed machining on aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, also plastics and composites. It’s part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious lineup, and it comes with some of that strong cutting behavior, better edge durability, and even consistent surface finishes for precision CNC milling work.
Built from premium solid carbide, the CR2033.015 uses CGS Tool original 55° high helix geometry, so chips evacuate more efficiently and the cutting forces stay lower. The corner radius style helps the cutting edge feel sturdier, it reduces chipping, and it bumps up surface finish quality, while still staying stable during high-speed machining. And since the cutting edges are uncoated, they’re tuned for clean cutting in aluminum plus other non-ferrous materials.
