CR2033.015-S

The CGS Tool CR2033.015-S is a 1/2” diameter 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for high speed machining of aluminum, non ferrous metals, plastics and composites. And as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it gives strong cutting action, better edge resilience, and really nice surface finishes for precision CNC milling.
Built from high quality solid carbide, the CR2033.015-S uses CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix shape, so chips evacuate more smoothly, while cutting forces stay lower. The corner radius feature helps it last longer too, because it limits the stress concentration near the cutting edge, so you get less chipping, and the finish looks cleaner. Plus the ZrN coating brings extra wear resistance, it reduces built up edge, and it helps extend service life when you’re working in aluminum and other non ferrous materials.
