The CGS Tool CR2033.060 is a 1/2” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill ,built up for high speed machining of aluminum, non ferrous metals, plastics,and composites . Kind of part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it’s made to push hard cutting performance, add better edge durability , and keep surface finishes pretty consistent in precision CNC milling work.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2033.060 has CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry so the chips evacuate easily and the cutting forces stay lower. The corner radius style does a lot here: it strengthens the cutting edge, helps reduce chipping, and boosts surface finish quality ,even while it’s working in fast machining settings . Also those uncoated cutting edges are tuned for clean cutting in aluminum and other non ferrous materials.
