The CGS Tool CR2036.015 is a 1/2” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill , made for high speed machining of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics and composites. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it kind of brings strong cutting action , better edge endurance, and steady surface finishing for precision CNC milling jobs.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2036.015 has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry , so chips get pushed out efficiently and cutting forces stay lower. The corner radius style strengthens the cutting edge, helps limit chipping , and boosts surface finish quality while it still runs stable in fast machining conditions. And the uncoated cutting edges are tuned for crisp cutting in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
