The CGS Tool CR2036.030 is a 1/2” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, built for high-speed machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it gives you that punchy cutting performance, plus better edge resilience, and steadier surface finishes for precision CNC milling stuff, like everyday jobs that still need clean results.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2036.030 uses CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry. That shape helps with chip evacuation so things stay smoother and it also tends to lower cutting forces. The corner radius layout itself helps reinforce the cutting edge, cuts down on chipping, and bumps up the surface finish quality, while still keeping stable behavior in high-speed machining conditions.
