55° high helix does the chip-clearing, keeps cutting force down. The .030" radius reinforces the edge just enough — tighter than the .060" version in this same line, so it holds a sharper profile while still cutting down on chipping. ZrN on top adds wear resistance and keeps built-up edge from becoming a problem over longer runs in non-ferrous material.
