The CGS Tool CR2036.090 is a 1/2” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill and it’s made for high-speed machining of aluminum, non ferrous metals, plastics, and composites. Like, as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it gives strong cutting action, better edge durability, and steadier surface textures for precision CNC milling work.
Built from premium solid carbide, the CR2036.090 has CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, which helps with chip evacuation and lowers cutting forces. Also the corner radius shape helps reinforce the cutting edge, it can reduce chipping, and it boosts surface finish quality while still staying stable during high-speed machining.
