Product Overview

The CGS Tool CR2057.090 is a 3/4” diameter, two-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for fast , high speed milling on aluminum and other non-ferrous metals , plus plastics , and even composite materials. It also shows up in the CR2000 Series Ferocious , so you get that solid cutting action, better edge durability, and a pretty standout surface finish quality when you’re pushing demanding CNC milling jobs .
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2057.090 uses CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, which helps with quick chip evacuation, lowers the cutting forces, and supports more aggressive feed rates. That .090" corner radius is kinda doing the heavy lifting on the cutting edge thickness, so it helps reduce chipping and stretches tool life too, while still holding the dimensional accuracy exactly where you need it. The uncoated design is tuned for clean, efficient machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
