The CGS Tool CR2057.090 is a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for fast pace machining of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics and even composite materials. and as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it’s built to bring great cutting performance, better edge toughness, plus a cleaner surface finish , for those tougher CNC milling runs.
Built from top grade solid carbide, the CR2057.090 comes with CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, helping with rapid chip ejection, it can lower cutting forces and it also supports aggressive feed rates. The .090" corner radius adds strength to the cutting edge, which helps reduce chipping and keeps the tool going longer, while still holding tight dimensional accuracy. It’s uncoated, so the whole setup is aimed at clean , efficient machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous stuff.
