The CGS Tool CR2060.060 is a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill built for high speed machining in aluminum, non ferrous metals , plastics, and even composite materials . This one is part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, and it sort of goes all in on cutting performance, better edge durability, and a really nice surface finish when you’re running tough CNC milling jobs.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2060.060 uses CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry , that helps push chips out fast, keeps cutting forces a bit lower and lets you run more aggressive feed rates. The .060" corner radius beefs up the cutting edge, which reduces chipping, extends tool life, and keeps dimensional accuracy steady. It also has an extended 2-1/2" length of cut for the reach you need for deeper pocketing, profiling, and slotting operations. And the uncoated design is tuned for efficient machining of aluminum and other non ferrous materials.
