Product Overview
The CGS Tool CR2060.125 is a 3/4” diameter, 2 flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, built for high-speed machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and even composite materials. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it kinda brings sharp cutting performance, strong edge durability, and a really good surface finish quality, especially when you’re doing demanding CNC milling tasks
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2060.125 has CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, and honestly that helps with fast chip evacuation, it cuts down on cutting forces, and it supports aggressive feed rates too. The .125" corner radius helps firm up the cutting edge, which means less chipping, and longer tool life while still holding tight dimensional accuracy. You also get an extended 2-1/2" length of cut, so you have good reach for deep machining, profiling, and slotting. The uncoated design is tuned for clean, efficient machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
