The CGS Tool CR2067.015 is a 1" diameter 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for high performance machining on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials, yep. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it brings strong cutting efficiency, solid edge durability, and that steady surface finish quality you want when CNC milling gets demanding, not just results.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2067.015 has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry. This design is set up to push chip evacuation harder, lower cutting forces, and still handle more aggressive feed rates. The .015" corner radius kind of reinforces the cutting edge, which helps cut down on chipping and also stretches tool life, while keeping dimensional accuracy right where it should be. With a 2-1/2" length of cut and 5" overall length, it gives great reach for deeper pocketing, outlining work, and slotting tasks. The uncoated finish is tuned for clean and efficient machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous material types.
