The CGS Tool CR2067.015-S is this sort of 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill made for high-performance machining of aluminum non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials. And as part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it really brings exceptional cutting efficiency, improved edge durability, plus pretty steady surface finish quality in tough CNC milling scenarios.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2067.015-S uses CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, sort of to push chip evacuation, lower cutting forces, and back aggressive feed rates. The .015" corner radius kinda locks in the cutting edge, which helps reduce chipping and extends tool life while keeping tight dimensional accuracy. It also has the longer 2-1/2" length of cut, and the 5" overall length, so you get solid reach for deep pocketing, profiling , and slotting jobs.
