Product Overview

The CGS Tool CR2067.030 is a 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill , made for high-performance machining of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials. As part of the CR2000 Series Ferocious, it delivers solid cutting efficiency, better edge durability, and a steady surface finish quality, especially in tough CNC milling jobs.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2067.030 has CGS Tool’s original 55° high helix geometry, it’s tuned to help with chip evacuation and cut down cutting forces, and yes it also supports aggressive feed rates. The .030" corner radius reinforces the cutting edge, which helps curb chipping, extending tool life while keeping dimensional accuracy where it should be. Plus it has an extended 2-1/2" length of cut, and a 5" overall length, so you get reach for deep pocketing, profiling, and slotting. The uncoated design is aimed at clean, efficient machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
