The CGS Tool CR2067.060 is a 1" diameter, 2-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, built for high performance machining of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials. I mean it also sits within the CR2000 Series Ferocious lineup, where it gives exceptional cutting efficiency, better edge endurance, and a steady surface finish in those tough CNC milling situations.
Made from premium solid carbide, the CR2067.060 has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, set up to push chip evacuation along, lower cutting forces, and help you run faster feed rates when needed. The .060" corner radius kind of reinforces the cutting edge so it can help cut down on chipping and stretch tool life while still keeping dimensional accuracy where you want it. You also get that 2-1/2" length of cut and 5" overall length which gives solid reach for deep pocketing, profiling, and slotting operations. And the uncoated version is aimed at clean and efficient cutting in aluminum and other non-ferrous material types.
